New Touch Policies

1.) All clients MUST wear a Mask for ALL appointments! Absolutely No Extra Guests!

2).Please come 15-20 mins early for ALL appts to sign in, fill out paperwork, & use restroom if need be.

​

3)If you are getting some type of body treatment please come already showered. 

​

4) All Cancellations and rescheduling must be done 24 hours in advance of actual day of service.

​

5) If you cancel or reschedule same day you forfeit your entire deposit.

​

6) No call no show, NEVER CAN BOOK AGAIN!

​

7)ALL Appointments require booking Online with a ($50 Non-refundable deposit!)

​

8) ALL Classes require $100 (non-refundable online deposit) which goes toward remaining balance day of class.

​

9)Classes cannot be rescheduled so please check your personal availability before booking a class.

**If you need to cancel & would like to reschedule/re-book

your class again you have to repay your deposit.**

10)The Remaining balance is due in CASH ONLY FOR CLASSES upon arrival with signed agreement. NO EXCEPTIONS!

12) Please check your schedule before booking a appointment with us we only allow 1 reschedule per appointment.

 

13) All models for any training class will be chosen by owner of spa. 

​

14)IF YOU ARE LATE YOU MAY STILL RECEIVE YOUR APPT HOWEVER YOUR SERVICE MAY BE SHORTENED.

15)If your trying to book two appointments you must pay two separate deposits  for each service.

​

17)REMAINING BALANCE IS DUE IN CASH ONLY IF YOUR BOOKING A PACKAGE DEAL NO EXCEPTIONS! ALL PACKAGES MUST BE COMPLETED WITHIN 3 MONTHS OF FIRST SERVICE!

18)If getting a WAX please {DO NOT SHAVE}!

​

19).If you are getting Lashes please come with No Makeup On or Any Previous Lashes unless its from our technician.
