Cancellation Policy
All deposits are [Non-refundable] **IF YOU DOT NOT REACH OUT 24 HOURS BEFORE APPT TIME. THE CARD USED FOR DEPOSIT WILL BE CHARGED REMAINING BALANCE.** ALL Packages & Classes remaining balance must be paid in CASH ONLY or Cherry Financing! Remaining balance for 1 service can be paid in cash or zelle. IF YOU ARE RUNNING LATE YOU WILL STILL GET SERVICED HOWEVER SERVICE WILL BE SHORTENED SO BE ON TIME! For cancellations & rescheduling please contact us via email at (newtouchbeautyspa@gmail.com) 24 hours prior to appointment time. One time only rescheduling allowed for appointments. No email, no show, forfeit deposit. Same day cancellation forfeits deposit & will need to make a brand new appt. with brand new deposit.
